Flint Hall, St. Michael
George Lamming is a co-educational primary school that caters to students ranging from 4-11 years of age. We aim on creating a safe an engaging learning environment for our students. We were opened for instruction September 2nd, 2008 but was officially opened January 23rd, 2009 as an amalgamation of two now defunct schools: Erdiston Primary and Carrington's Primary. It is appropriately named after an outstanding Barbadian role model Professor George Lamming.

The infant girl's uniform is made of white and blue check trimmed with royal blue polyester. The dress style uniform has a low waist (hipline), carries no darts and fits loosely. It has a sailor collar, fitting around the entire neckline of the same blue and white check trimmed with royal blue material. The sleeves are also trimmed with royal blue polyester. It is buttoned down the front with blue dime sized, fish-eye buttons. The uniform carries knife pleats at the front and back. An inserted pocket is at the right side of the uniform. Puff leg panties are made out of the blue and white check material and must be worn with the uniform AT ALL TIMES.
The Junior girl’s uniform is made of royal blue polyester trimmed with white and blue check cut on the bias (this check is identical to that used in the Infants boys shirtjack and the Junior boys epaulette trim). This dress style falls upon the hip line, carries no darts and fits comfortably. The sailor collar of royal blue polyester fits around the entire neckline and is trimmed with white and blue bias check. The sleeves are also trimmed with the same check. It is buttoned down the front with blue medium sized, fish-eye buttons. The uniform carries knife pleats at the front and back. An inserted pocket is at the right side of the uniform. Black shoes, navy blue socks and royal blue ribbons are to be worn.
To complement this uniform, black shoes, navy blue socks and royal blue ribbons are to be worn. Black tights are to be worn under uniform at all times.
Infant boys wear a blue and white checkered shirt jac with 3 1/2 split to each side, white buttons and three pockets one to the top on the left and the other two at the bottom of the shirt. This is paired with navy pants, navy socks and black shoes.
